Gauges with capsule as sensing element are most suitable to measure relatively low pressure. A capsule is a resilient gauging element consisting of two combined thin corrugated round metal diaphragms rigidly joined together by process of brazing in case of brass material and tig welding in case of stainless steel material. However capsule gauges are not recommended for liquids & vapour.
